Personal Data Protection Notice
The operator responsible for the IRIS website is VIN – CORFU company, s. r. o., with registered office in Sadová 866/39, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, I№ (Identification number): 280 28 163, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň, Section C, Insert 21911, Phone: +420 351 172 721, e-mail: marketing.manager@irishotel.cz (hereinafter „Operator“). Within the meaning of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter „Regulation“) the Operator declares that he collects, processes and uses the Customer's personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulation. Data provided by the Customer is used by the Operator for purposes such as the fulfillment of contractual or statutory obligations, the protection of the legitimate interests of the Operator, in particular the property using the camera system, response to suggestions, modifications to future customer orders, improvement of the business activity of the Operator and communication with the Customer.
The operator uses the Customer's personal data only within the limits set out in the Regulation and on the basis of the Customer's consent in the cases when the processing of personal data is based on Customer’s consent. The Customer can at any time withdraw consent or individual expressions of consent by means of a notice of withdrawal sent by post to the Operator’s address or via e-mail to Deputy.Director@irishotel.cz.
Personal data is information about personal or factual circumstances of the identified or identifiable natural person (Article 4 (1) of the Regulation). The Operator primarily processes data obtained directly from the Customer. These are data that the Customer provides within the processing of orders. This category does not include statistics that cannot be directly associated with the Customer and which the Operator collects, for example, when the Customer visits his website.
The Operator shall transmit or send to third parties Customer's personal data only if it is necessary for the purposes of contractual performance or accounting, or if the customer has previously agreed or if it is required for the fulfillment of the legal duties of the Operator, e. g. in relation to state authorities or courts. The Operator does not intend to pass the personal data of Customers to a third party or an international organization.
Customer's personal data is processed for as long as necessary, for a maximum period of 10 years with a view to meeting the legal duties of the Operator.
The Options of the Customer
According to the Regulation, the Customer is entitled to express his or her disagreement with the processing of personal data, to request the correction or deletion of personal data, or to restrict the processing of data related to the Customer and to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal. In the case of the automated processing of personal data, which is based on the consent or the contract, the Operator is obliged to provide the Customer with all processed customer data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format at the Customer's request. The Customer also has the right to request access to his or her personal data.
Disagreement with the collecting, processing, or using customer data on the part of the Operator under this Personal Data Protection Notice, either as a whole or in part, should be sent by e-mail or letter to the above address.
Customer's personal data will be removed upon request if this does not preclude the lawful retention of data if the data are no longer required to meet the purpose of the storage or if the storage is not allowed for other legal reasons. However, this does not apply to the data required for the processing of orders and data concerning the order that must be archived for tax purposes or other legitimate reasons.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Czech Republic.
Newsletter
In order to inform the customer about current offers and discounts, the Operator processes the name, title and e-mail address of the Customer based on the consent which is provided through the subscription of the Customer to the newsletter and which can be withdrawn at any time.
