Hello. I'm not one of those people who write reviews about hotels, although I visit various places quite often. But I'd like to tell you something about this hotel. Today is the third day of our stay. I have seen only positive aspects so far. Even though I am one of those guests who are never pleased. So, one thing after another - the hotel is new, so everything is very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, which is what already constitutes about 50% of a holiday atmosphere. Food is like in the restaurant, delicious, portions are simply huge. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. It takes you a ten-minute walk to reach the mineral springs. The medical staff are also polite. The rooms are small but very cozy. A large bathroom. We’re satisfied with everything so far. I hope our rest and treatment will not spoil the impression of the hotel. Thank you all for your attention.

A stunning sanatorium with attentive staff. Rooms are clean, large, there are several types of pillows. The food is very diverse, the service in the restaurant is impeccable. Very competent medical workers. Thanks to Alla for her competent and professional approach. I could write a great deal more and it would be only positive.There’s nothing in the way of reproaches. The sanatorium has an excellent location, the sources are very close.

The hotel was new including all facilities, The staff were very nice and accomodating. SPA was wonderful.

We stayed at the Iris Hotel with a friend, and everything was absolutely perfect, the helpfulness of the staff, the food, the cleanliness, all in one the hotel was top-notch. I am sure I will return to the Hotel Iris. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was a pretty high price for parking at the hotel, which I think should be included in the total price.

A great choice of a hotel in Karlovy Vary. A modern hotel with new facilities, luxurious beds and very nice staff.

Professional and very accomodating staff. Nice and clean rooms. Great wellness and balneo. We certainly recommend it to other visitors and will be glad to return.

A nice location not far from the colonnade and festival events/ happenings, the street is very quiet at the same time. Great wellness.

The hotel is newly opened after reconstruction. It is situated in the city centre, the location is splendid. The rooms are clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast is delicious. The staff were very accomodating.
